New Gate Code
The subdivision’s gate code has changed. The new code is “Key 001144.” Please remember NOT to give out this code – this is for owners only. If your contractor or other service provider needs to access the subdivision after hours, please contact Joyce Bender who will provide them with a code unique to them. This helps us keep our subdivision secure. Thanks for your cooperation.
Annual Meeting
The HOA’s annual meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. on May 2, 2015, at 8404 SW Reif Road in Powell Butte. Owners should have already received a copy of the agenda. If you are a lot owner and have not received your agenda, you can access it under the “Members Only” page on this website. If you have not yet received your login name and password, please leave a reply here and I’ll get it to you.
