Folks, remember when the Board send out a proposed third amendment to the CC&Rs, back in 2015? I recently learned that over the course of almost two years, the Board was able to gather enough signatures to enact that amendment, and recorded the third amendment over six months ago. Here it is.

Here are the proposed revisions to the CC&Rs, which we will be discussing on January 4. Please look them over in preparation for the discussion.
CC&R Review Meeting
Our community will be meeting on January 4, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Powell Butte Community Center in order to discuss proposed revisions to our CC&Rs. Please plan to attend if you have any questions about the proposed revisions. We’re not voting at that time, simply talking.
CC&R Review
Watch your mailboxes for the CC&R review process description and request for input. Deadline for suggested changes, if you have any, is December 21, 2013.
Board Members for 2013
Your board members for 2013 are: Dick Butts, Gene Hoskin, Dave Kimmel, Hal Lawson and Mike Rooney. The term for Dick and Hal currently runs to 2015. The term for Gene, Dave and Mike currently runs to 2014.
Plan Review Committee
The new Plan Review Committee had its first meeting tonight. Carolyn Embry is the newly-elected chairperson, with committee members Jack Bender, Tim Gleeson and James Scheller. Remember to check the CC&Rs if you’re building/adding on – we’re here to help.
Homeowners Annual Meeting
…will be April 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Powell Butte Community Center. Our road clean-up will take place shortly thereafter. See you then!
